For Lebanese:
➢ Individual Copy of Extract of Civil Registration (ikhraj kaid fardi)
➢ Family Copy of Extract of Civil Registration (ikhraj kaid 3a2ili)
➢ Divorce certificate (if any)
➢ Passport copies
➢ Copy of Lebanese ID (if available)
➢ 2 photos

➢ Documents translation to Armenian by a sworn translator
➢ Sealing and signing the translated documents by the relevant authorities
➢ 3 nights’ accommodation in IBIS Yerevan Center 3* or similar
