ACCOMMODATION
Rooms are assigned by the hotels and based on standard category unless otherwise indicated and specified. Hotels check -in and check-out time is normally 14:00 / 12:00 hrs.
Nadia Travel reserves the right to substitute hotels in case of unavailability for others in the same category. Otherwise should it be deemed necessary for us to provide accommodation in a hotel of lesser grade, the customer will be compensated for the difference with additional service or a billing adjustment will be made accordingly. The Infant defined as up to 2 years old. Child age is above 2 below 12 years.
CONFIRMATION OF BOOKINGS FROM NADIA TRAVEL MANAGEMENT
Each booking shall not be deemed to be confirmed until and unless Nadia
travel shall have issued its confirmation in writing.
